Born From a Backstage Wake-Up Call
Gina Pero spent years as a Radio City Rockette — living in technical precision, craving something deeper. A career-altering injury cracked open a fifteen-year journey that led to an ICF Master Certified Coach credential, multiple bestselling books, and the creation of the first coaching academy built specifically for the dance world.
