The Founder
Born From a Backstage Wake-Up Call
Gina Pero was a Radio City Rockette for three years. In her second season, she was struck in the head backstage, setting off a journey that would change everything. That injury became the crack that let the light in.
What followed was a deep pursuit of healing, self-discovery, and purpose, ultimately leading to an ICF Master Certified Coach credential, multiple bestselling books, and the creation of the first coaching certification built specifically for the dance world. She built this academy so you do not have to figure it out alone.
